We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As a key member of our laboratory department, you will be responsible for performing various routine Hematological, Microbiological, Biochemical, and Immunohematological testing in accordance with Departmental Procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Obtain and prepare specimens for analysis
- Perform routine testing in Hematology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, and Immunohematology
- Work under the general direction of the Chief Medical Technologist
- Collaborate with other laboratory staff to ensure efficient and accurate testing
- Graduate of an approved school of Medical Laboratory Technology
- Current Canadian Society of Medical Laboratory Science registration
- One year of recent related experience
- Experience in all disciplines preferred
