As Brandt continues to expand, we are in search of a Parts Product Manager - Undercarriage and Ground Engaging. In this pivotal role, you will drive the advancement and enhancement of the relevant commodity, focusing on both sales and profitability. Collaboration with Customer Service Advisors (CSAs) and Parts Managers is essential to successfully implement Brandt's customer initiatives. You will serve as the go-to expert on Parts for these specific components, providing invaluable insights and knowledge to both internal teams and clients.
Key Objectives and Performance Indicators- Formulation and execution of Strategy and Annual Business Plans
- Realization of revenue and margin growth targets for Parts
- Fulfillment of Annual Business Plan objectives
- Craft and execute strategic plans and annual business initiatives for the product category to drive sales and margin enhancement
- Act as the Product Expert and Resource Communicator
- Guide, support, and educate CSAs on relevant products as necessary
- Design and implement training programs aimed at developing CSAs, Parts, and Service Managers
- Oversee vendor relationships concerning Parts, including identifying and onboarding new vendors
- Conduct market analysis on competitors, customer preferences, pricing, and industry trends
- Examine sales and margin data to uncover opportunities for CSAs and branches
- Identify and advocate for new product opportunities, ensuring adequate stock and supply
- Encourage the sale of both new and used parts
- Promote parts program sales
- Facilitate the development of an efficient parts database
