We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at BRAR & MAAN DEVELOPMENT LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate work to office support staff to optimize productivity and workload.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including co-ordinating and planning for office services.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Work under pressure and with attention to detail.
