The ideal candidate should possess a genuine enthusiasm for weddings and social events, a flair for decoration, outstanding sales capabilities, and the aptitude to provide personalized service to our clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Conduct consultations with potential clients to grasp their vision, preferences, and budget for their wedding or social event. Present customized solutions, design ideas, and packages that align with their requirements. Ensure that all showroom displays are well-stocked and visually appealing, assisting in the design of table settings and rental displays. Proposal Development: Create tailored proposals and contracts that detail the specifics, pricing, and terms of service for weddings and social events. Event Design Assistance: Utilize our showroom design center to help clients with in-person mock-ups that showcase their rental and décor selections. Event Management: Collaborate closely with our internal event operations team to coordinate all facets of the wedding or social event, ensuring flawless execution and surpassing client expectations. Communicate with external vendors, suppliers, and venues to confirm that all logistics are organized for each event. Assist with post-event tasks, such as collecting feedback and preparing event summaries. Vendor Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with preferred vendors and suppliers to offer clients a diverse range of options and guarantee high-quality service delivery. Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process and beyond, providing continuous communication, support, and assistance to ensure a positive experience from inquiry to event execution. Marketing Initiatives: Support the planning and execution of photoshoots, marketing, and sales for our annual wedding show and industry events. Aid in creating marketing and promotional materials to attract target clients and enhance brand visibility in the wedding and social events sector. Networking: Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to stay updated on industry trends, establish connections with potential clients and partners, and promote our services.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, ideally within the wedding, hospitality, or events sector. Proven sales skills with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and generating revenue. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build rapport and trust with clients. A strong passion for weddings and social events, coupled with a keen eye for detail and creativity in crafting memorable experiences. Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
