Key Responsibilities

As a Business Intelligence Analyst at LatentView Analytics, you will play a critical role in providing data-driven insights to support strategic business decisions. Your expertise in data analysis and interpretation will enable you to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business strategy.

Decision Support
  • Develop and maintain advanced data models to support business decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and challenges
  • Design and implement data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively
Scenario Analysis
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business scenarios to evaluate potential outcomes
  • Develop and maintain complex data models to simulate business scenarios
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to support business strategy
Risk Assessment
  • Identify and assess risks associated with business decisions
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with business leaders to ensure effective risk management
Data Interpretation
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively
  • Collaborate with business leaders to ensure effective data-driven decision-making
Collaboration
  • Work closely with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide analytical support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and challenges
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels to ensure seamless collaboration
Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in decision analysis
  • Develop and maintain a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Collaborate with business leaders to ensure effective implementation of process improvements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Master's degree or MBA preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in decision analysis, business analysis, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical analysis tools
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly and concisely
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
