Business Intelligence Analyst

MHI RJ Aviation Group is seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Toronto, ON. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in enabling insights and intelligent decision-making across functions and contribute to the delivery of real projects using the latest technology to solve business problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform analysis on datasets to derive insight and guide future decisions
  • Identify data elements and ensure a high level of data quality and accurate reporting
  • Develop automated reports and scripts with defined steps and methodology, allowing frequent and streamlined updates
  • Support web development team with design, feature implementation, and end-to-end maintenance of web tool
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage data and analytical techniques to guide business decisions
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong analytics skills and experience with big data sets and concepts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods
  • General programming proficiency, with an emphasis on Python and SQL, and tools such as GIT and Azure
  • Knowledge of Pandas, Bokeh, Flask, and Werkzeug modules
