- Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role
- Site Conditions: Noisy and hot kitchen environment
- Transportation: Public transportation available
- Manage inventory and procure necessary food and kitchen supplies
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff involved in food preparation and portioning
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Estimate the ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation
- Ensure food quality and service standards are consistently met
- Prepare financial budgets and cost estimates for kitchen operations
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and waste
- Compile and submit operational reports
- Establish and manage work schedules for kitchen staff
Responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 kitchen staff.
