Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory and procure necessary food and kitchen supplies
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff involved in food preparation and portioning
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols
  • Estimate the ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation
  • Ensure food quality and service standards are consistently met
  • Prepare financial budgets and cost estimates for kitchen operations
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively

  • Compile and submit operational reports
