Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of physical fitness and attention to detail. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of patient care areas, including rooms, corridors, and common areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform cleaning tasks, including dry mopping, wet mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting
  • Operate various floor machines and equipment
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in patient care areas
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 education
  • Ability to read and write English
  • Previous cleaning experience
  • Knowledge of Infection Control practices and proper cleaning techniques
  • Ability to perform physical requirements of the job
  • Knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft programs
