Position Overview

The Application Development Consultant (Cobol/Java/SQL) plays a pivotal role in the transformation of our digital landscape. This position is integral to enhancing client experiences through innovative mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Development: Oversee and execute complex programming tasks. Architect the technical framework of applications utilizing various databases, programming languages, and testing methodologies. Spearhead the creation of cost-effective and inventive solutions.
  • Strategic Planning: Formulate comprehensive technology roadmaps that align with the bank's overarching vision and objectives. Manage multiple intricate projects that involve backend systems and the advancement of existing applications.
  • Leadership: Serve as the lead for the mobile development team, conducting code reviews to ensure project milestones are met. Provide mentorship to intermediate and senior developers through knowledge sharing and collaborative problem-solving.
