Job Title: Senior Consultant, Application Development

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant, Application Development to join our team. As a key member of our application development team, you will be responsible for leading the functional design and development of application systems across all technologies and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of application systems, ensuring alignment with our technology roadmap.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system and application design.
  • Design and document technical functionality, infrastructure, interfaces, and integrations.
  • Lead multiple complex technology solutions, maintaining consistency across the platform and adopting best practices.
Requirements:
  • 8-10+ years of experience in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting applications.
  • Expertise in Customer Identity Access Management (CIAM), Integrations with RESTful and webservice, Security solutions like OAuth, OIDC, SAML, SSO, etc.
  • Experience using GoLang & Java 8+ / J2EE developing enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Advanced understanding of agile practices, including Code versioning, CI/CD, Automated quality practices.
  • Strong experience with testing platforms, unit testing, and end-to-end testing.
  • Prior experience as delivery lead for technology projects and leading a team of developers.
