Job Title: General Manager

Regal Rexnord is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead our rapidly growing business unit in the Power Generation Industry. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategic vision, executing growth plans, and managing annual P&L objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic vision and execute growth plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage annual P&L objectives and ensure operational excellence in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
  • Lead talent management system with TPS Leadership team for the business unit, driving organizational effectiveness, proper structure, and employee development aligned with achieving business objectives.
  • Set a clear vision for the site with a supporting Continuous Improvement (CI) Roadmap to achieve the intended future state.
  • Lead and engage employees during daily management, kaizens, and projects to drive continuous improvement and foster a progressive organization.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree, preferably in Business or Engineering.
  • Track record with delivering above-market growth via the full strategic planning and execution cycle.
  • Proven managerial experience, and knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, and human resources).
  • Demonstrated ability to affect team transformation using change management principles.
  • MBA would be an asset.
  • Technical background preferred (e.g. engineering, power generation, emergency power, electrical).
