Job Title: General Manager

We are seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead our rapidly growing business unit. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth, managing annual P&L objectives, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute short and long-range objectives, policies, and financial plans for the organization.
  2. Build and maintain effective internal and external relationships to drive business growth and success.
  3. Lead a cross-functional team to drive continuous improvement and process excellence.
  4. Champion innovation and entrepreneurship to drive business growth and expansion.
  5. Manage budgets and spending to achieve long and short-term business objectives.
  6. Partner with other site leaders, business units, and central functions to ensure business success.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in leading a multi-functional organization with full P&L responsibility.
  2. Strong business and financial acumen, with a track record of delivering above-market growth.
  3. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  4. Ability to travel up to 30%.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. 5 or more years of experience in a similar role.
  2. MBA or equivalent degree.
  3. Technical background in a related field (e.g. engineering, power generation).
