Job OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant to join our team at our LMC Vaughan clinic. As a Physician Assistant, you will provide medical care in the areas of endocrinology and diabetes under the supervision of an endocrinologist.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive clinical assessments of patients, including obtaining history, performing physical assessments, and reviewing diagnostic testing.
- Manage, counsel, and educate patients on diabetes management and advanced skills.
- Consult supervising physician as necessary and perform all patient care activities as per medical directives.
- Act as Sub-Investigator and coordinator for research studies, conducting study patient physicals, visits, and performing queries.
- University-based accredited Physician Assistant training program (Bachelor or Master level).
- Member in good standing of the Canadian Association of Physician Assistants (CAPA).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent patient care.
