Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Coach to join our team at Niagara Taekwondo. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for our athletes, as well as coordinating competitive events and tournaments.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs for athletes of all skill levels
  • Coordinate competitive events and tournaments, including scheduling and logistics
  • Motivate and prepare athletes for competition, including developing strategies and providing feedback
  • Analyze and evaluate athlete performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to address them
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective coaching team
  • Develop and maintain relationships with athletes, parents, and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sports coaching or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing training programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
