Job Title: Sports Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Coach to join our team at Niagara Taekwondo. As a Sports Coach, you will be responsible for leading our athletes to success in competitive programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training and practice sessions to improve athletes' skills and performance.
  • Coordinate competitive programs and develop well-planned schedules and programs.
  • Motivate and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events or games.
  • Analyze and evaluate athletes' or team's performance.
  • Demonstrate and instruct athletic, fitness or sports activities and techniques.
Requirements:
  • Martial arts instructor Certification.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the field of employment.
  • Leadership, dependability, organized, reliability, and team player skills.
