We are seeking a Disability Claims Manager who will take charge of managing disability claims by thoroughly assessing medical documentation and job responsibilities. This position involves crafting effective claims management strategies and facilitating return-to-work initiatives while ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients and their employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee disability claims by analyzing medical records and job-related tasks
- Communicate outcomes to all stakeholders involved
- Develop and implement return-to-work strategies and negotiate with employers
- Assess the effectiveness of medical care coordination programs
- Adhere to service level agreements
- Address inquiries related to claims assessments
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in kinesiology, disability management, physiotherapy, psychology, or a related discipline

- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Proactive and solution-focused mindset
- Fluency in both French and English
