Kitchen Helper Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at YUZU BOWL AND KITCHEN LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
  • Operate dishwashers and wash dishes, glassware, and flatware by hand
  • Store and organize kitchen supplies and ingredients
  • Prepare and heat simple food items, such as soups and sauces
  • Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors
  • Handle and store cleaning products and chemicals
  • Receive and unpack supplies, including food, ingredients, and cleaning products
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash
  • Assist with food packaging and labeling
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
Work Conditions:

Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks and responsibilities. As a Kitchen Helper, you will be working in a team environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
