About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at Coffee Time. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff, including front-of-house and back-of-house personnel
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve staff performance and productivity
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Oversee the management of restaurant inventory, supplies, and equipment
    • Coordinate the scheduling of staff and manage labor costs
  • Customer Service and Quality
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met
    • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of restaurant operations
  • Financial Management
    • Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability and reduce costs
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role
    • Permanent employment
    • Language of work: English
    • Hours of work: 32.5 hours per week
