Account Relationship Manager

CWB is seeking a highly skilled Account Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business banking team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a relationship strategy for each client, identifying key issues and opportunities for growth.
- Provide full-service solutions for clients, including cash management and deposit products.
- Undertake dedicated sales activities, including proactive prospecting and regular communication with existing clients.
- Coordinating and participating in regular branch activities with the business banking team.
- Ensure customer information is accurate and follows policy and procedures for an outstanding customer experience.
- Financial and marketing knowledge of local markets and national economies.
- 3 years of banking or financial services experience with a strong sales and relationship management focus.
- Knowledge of cash management & deposit products with recognized sales achievements.
