About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Relationship Manager to join our team at CWB. As a key member of our business banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing them with exceptional service and support, and driving business growth through proactive sales and relationship development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a client-centric approach to build strong relationships with clients and drive business growth
  • Provide exceptional service and support to clients, including proactive sales and relationship development
  • Work collaboratively with the business banking team to achieve sales and relationship development goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in customer information
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in banking or financial services, with a strong focus on sales and relationship management
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
