Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Mineral Medix Solutions/Equine One. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, supplies, and materials between departments and locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient logistics plans to prioritize tasks and optimize operational workflows.
  • Organize and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
  • Track and complete work orders, and coordinate activities with other work units or departments as needed.
  • Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments, and perform routine clerical duties as required.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve work problems, providing technical advice and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in database software, MS Office, and other relevant computer applications.
  • Willingness to travel regularly, and to relocate for this position.
