We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team at Cascade Aerospace Inc. As a Material Handler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management processes.
Key Responsibilities- Issue parts and fill pick tickets in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure that parts and materials are delivered to Maintenance in a timely manner
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks, and work with shippers and receivers to carry out their normal duties
- Perform daily in-house audits, inventory counts, cycle counts, and audit trail analysis
- Correct daily transaction discrepancies in Visual Manufacturing
- Follow all work order closing out procedures and confirm all tags and certification requirements are performed accurately
- Grade 12 Diploma
- 1-2 years' experience in a Stores environment
- Prior experience in Aviation is preferred
- Forklift Operator certificate would be beneficial
- Good communication skills: fluent written and verbal; English is mandatory
- Ability to respond accurately to verbal and written instruction
- Good Computer Skills: word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs
- Safe work practices and techniques
- Proven ability to work with people in a professional and courteous manner
- Ability to ensure that approved standards of Quality Control are maintained
- Proven ability to complete assigned tasks on time and manage time efficiently
