About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Treasury Analyst to join our team at Atco Ltd. As a key member of our treasury operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the management of our company's liquidity function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Cash Management: Update and analyze daily cash flow data into treasury management software, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Cash Management Setup: Complete all cash management set-up documentation for new and existing department processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Cash Forecasts: Prepare short-term and long-term consolidated cash forecasts for the Atco Group of Companies, analyzing variances and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Investment Execution: Execute short and long-term investments with financial institutions, ensuring optimal returns and minimizing risk.
  • External Financings: Administer existing external financings, dividend, and debenture payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Treasury Operations: Support the issuance of letters of credit and parental management of funds flow for financings, M&A transactions, and associated intercompany documentation.
  • Communication: Respond to treasury operation inquiries from subsidiaries, corporate accounting group, and various external parties, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Dividend Reinvestment: Assist in executing and managing dividend reinvestment programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior management of Atco Group, financial institutions, legal counsel, trustees, and external auditors to ensure that all financing requirements are met.
Requirements
  • Education: An undergraduate degree in Commerce or Business with a major in Finance or Accounting.
  • Designation: Finance or Accounting designation or in pursuit of e.g., Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Professional Accountant (CPA).
  • Experience: 5-10 years broad treasury management experience (preferably in operating a centralized cash management system and managing company-wide short-term liquidity positions).
  • Industry Experience: Experience in working with a publicly traded company.
  • Skills: Knowledge of cash management, treasury operations, and accounting, excellent analytical abilities and Excel skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to establish effective relationships within the organization and externally, team player.
  • Technical Skills: Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Treasury Management System experience (Kyriba), Online Banking, and Bloomberg experience.
