We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Treasury team at Atco Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the consolidated treasury operations for the ATCO Group of Companies.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily cash flow data and update treasury management software.
- Prepare and analyze short-term and long-term consolidated cash forecasts for the ATCO Group of Companies.
- Evaluate monthly cash forecasts and identify areas for improvement.
- Execute short and long-term investments with financial institutions.
- Administer existing external financings, dividend, and debenture payments.
- Support the issuance of letters of credit and parental management of funds flow for financings, M&A transactions, and associated intercompany documentation.
- Respond to treasury operation inquiries from subsidiaries, corporate accounting group, and external parties.
- Assist in executing and managing dividend reinvestment programs.
- Undergraduate degree in Commerce or Business with a major in Finance or Accounting.
- Finance or Accounting designation or in pursuit of e.g., Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Professional Accountant (CPA).
- 5-10 years broad treasury management experience, preferably in operating a centralized cash management system and managing company-wide short-term liquidity positions.
- Experience in working with a publicly traded company.
- Knowledge of cash management, treasury operations, and accounting.
- Excellent analytical abilities and Excel skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to establish effective relationships within the organization and externally, team player.
