Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Solutions Specialist to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our Commercial Financial Services team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients on cash management solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively provide advice and enable clients to leverage RBC's cash management solutions
  • Develop and deliver on business priorities and improve the client experience through execution of sales plans
  • Provide focused financial advice and solutions to meet clients' business and financial goals
  • Partner with the SCM CRT and other colleagues across RBC Financial Group to drive client loyalty and build long-term profitable client relationships
Requirements
  • Proven experience supporting large clients within the payment space
  • Proven experience in the financial services industry, specifically within a cash management and treasury solutions role
  • Strong client focus, highly organized, and the ability to incorporate sales disciplines into day-to-day activities and routines
  • Proven ability to prioritize and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new skills while building partnerships with stakeholders and fostering teamwork
