Job Summary:

Cineplex is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Cast Member. As a Cast Member, you will be an integral part of our team, providing an exceptional entertainment experience to each and every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless operations in concessions, on the floor, and at the box office.
  • Perform a range of tasks, including but not limited to, operating a cash register, handling customer transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Meet and exceed sales and customer service targets.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Team-oriented, energetic, friendly, and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and late nights.
  • Provincial Smart Serve or Pro Serve Certification where applicable and being of legal age to serve alcohol in fully licensed theatres would be an asset.
