Job Summary:

Cineplex is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cast Member. As a key member of our theatre team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our concession stands, box office, and theatre floors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all guests
  • Operate concession stands, box office, and theatre floors with efficiency and accuracy
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet sales and productivity targets while maintaining a high level of quality and service

Requirements:

  • Team-oriented, energetic, friendly, and outgoing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings and late nights
  • Provincial Smart Serve or Pro Serve Certification (where applicable) and being of legal age to serve alcohol in fully licensed theatres
