Cineplex is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-time Equipment Assistant to join our team. As an Equipment Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our theatre's equipment and providing an exceptional entertainment experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of theatre equipment, including projectors, sound systems, and concession stands.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve theatre goals and objectives.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Provincial Smart Serve or Pro Serve Certification an asset.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
