Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective service delivery strategies to meet customer needs and expectations.
- Manage and coordinate the activities of our service team, including scheduling, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a service management or operations role.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality services and achieving business objectives.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the equipment rental industry.
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $143,750 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous retirement plan.
