Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Plan and organize daily store operations, including managing staff, assigning duties, and monitoring sales and expenses.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to determine consumer demand, analyze competitors' operations, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, implement pricing and credit policies, and locate and procure merchandise for resale.
- Staffing and Training: Determine staffing requirements, supervise office and volunteer staff, and provide training and development opportunities.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues, and ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset, with a permanent position preferred.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
