Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Manager to join our team at Agentnoon Inc. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain regular contact with customers, providing support, answering questions, and ensuring they are fully utilizing our products and services.
  • Conduct product training sessions, both one-on-one and in group settings, to help customers maximize their understanding and usage of our offerings.
  • Act as the primary contact for any software issues or bugs reported by customers, working closely with the Product team to ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage the overall implementation of our products across enterprise customers, ensuring smooth deployment and adoption of the software.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional project management skills, with experience in linear and sheet management.
  • Strong customer relationship and account management skills, with the ability to handle senior leaders and set expectations.
  • Ability to travel to customers to support trainings and workshops, as needed.
  • Experience with complicated single-page web apps, end-to-end performance optimizations, and previous consultancy customer success experience.
  • Strong relationship building skills, with the ability to train new customers and users, manage roll-out schedules, and contribute outside of core projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in consultancy.
  • Obsessed with great UI/UX, with a love for coding and understanding that shipped code is better than perfect code.
  • Capable of training new customers/users, raising issues, and managing schedules, with strong relationship building skills.
