Essential Qualifications:
- 309A Construction and Maintenance Electrician License
- Valid Class G driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Class AZ or DZ license with a clean driving record
- IMSA Traffic Signal Technician certification or equivalent
- Familiarity with OTM Book 7 guidelines
- Understanding of municipal and electrical specifications
- Experience with aerial work platforms and similar equipment
- Background in infrastructure and commercial construction
- Willingness to travel and be available for on-call duties
Daily Responsibilities:
Your role will involve providing electrical troubleshooting for both Miller and client facilities, including the installation, programming, and maintenance of traffic signal and roadway lighting systems. You will also engage in power distribution tasks, such as working with consumer services, switchboards, motor control centers, and transformers. Diagnosing three-phase electrical systems and connecting electric motors, variable frequency drives, and control wiring will be key components of your work. Precision and craftsmanship will be crucial in executing your electrical responsibilities.
