About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at 14482255 CANADA INC. as a permanent employee. The successful candidate will work 30 to 32 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • **Food Preparation and Service**: Assist in preparing and packaging food for take-out and in-store consumption, including portioning and wrapping foods.
  • **Kitchen Cleaning and Sanitation**: Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • **Supply Management**: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • **Waste Management**: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • **Floor Maintenance**: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • **Food Handling and Preparation**: Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit for food preparation.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • **Work Conditions**: The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with repetitive tasks.
  • **Physical Demands**: The candidate must be able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • **Education**: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • **Experience**: Willingness to train and learn new skills.
  • **Language**: English is the primary language of communication.
