Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Burger Factory Cambridge. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service areas.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of food and beverages, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
- Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
- Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure that all waste is disposed of properly.
- General Kitchen Duties: Assist with tasks such as sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors, as well as operating dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
