Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Staff

Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.

Train and Develop Staff

Train and develop our staff in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent customer service.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Estimate and manage the inventory and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet the demands of our customers.

Ensure Quality Control

Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards, and that our customers receive a consistently excellent experience.

Manage Records and Reports

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Work Setting

Food service establishment, fast food outlet or concession

Supervision

3-4 people, 5-10 people

Transportation/Travel Information

Own transportation, public transportation available

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, walking, physically demanding, attention to detail
