Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Chucks Roadhouse Bar and Grill is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Requisition Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure we have what we need to deliver exceptional service.
  • Supervise Kitchen Staff: Lead and train our kitchen team to ensure they are equipped to prepare and serve high-quality food.
  • Train Staff: Provide ongoing training and coaching to our staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation to minimize waste and ensure we have what we need.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards for quality and presentation.
  • Prepare Budgets: Develop and manage budgets to ensure we are operating within our means.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our business decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management to ensure we are on track to meet our goals.
