Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of food service staff to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service and meeting our high standards for food quality and safety.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure that staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our customers receive a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service management role.
  • Proven track record of leading a team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
