As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting their independence and well-being.

Our team is committed to delivering personalized care that is tailored to each client\u2019s unique needs and preferences.

We offer a competitive starting salary of $22.00 per hour, as well as benefits and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, incontinence care, and mobility assistance.
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients.
  • Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, such as laundry, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
  • Observe and report changes in client conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to develop and implement client care plans.
Requirements:
  • PSW certificate meeting technical and practical standards.
  • Clear enhanced police record check.
  • Able to acquire a valid CPR/BLS certificate.
  • Able to complete WHMIS training.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Caring and respectful manner with clients and colleagues.
