Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at SKT Farm Market. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Store Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring a high level of customer service and sales performance.
  • Merchandising and Inventory: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
