Facilities Operations Manager

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage sales agreements effectively.
  • Develop and execute schedules and protocols for safety assessments and preventive maintenance initiatives.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair processes for machinery and equipment.
  • Manage the leasing of facilities and formulate marketing strategies.
  • Plan and oversee the operational budget.
  • Coordinate administrative services including cleaning, maintenance, and security operations.
  • Provide training to staff on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
