- Operations Budget Planning: Plan and manage the facility's operations budget, ensuring that all expenses are accounted for and that we are operating within budget.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve product and service-related problems, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to find solutions that meet their needs.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that all necessary supplies and equipment are available when needed.
- Education: A degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or facilities management.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in facility management.
- Language: Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts as needed.
