Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Blind Bay Country Market. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
