About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Manulift. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our Merlo products through the construction sector in the London, ON area.

Main Responsibilities
  • Establish new accounts through cold calling and create a client list
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular site visits
  • Plan and organize business strategies to achieve desired results and exceed sales goals
  • Prepare and present business cases to demonstrate the benefits and potential savings to key decision-makers
  • Identify customer needs and react accordingly while understanding market conditions and local competitor pricing
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales or outside sales position
  • Demonstrated ability to grow market shares
  • Experience using a CRM
  • Knowledge of the construction industry and its heavy equipment is an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Negotiation and influencing skills
  • Planning and time management abilities
  • Valid driver's license
