Job Summary

The Ridge Hotel & Suites is seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Room Attendant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities

Lead and direct the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.

Inspect Sites and Facilities

Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.

Maintain Financial Records

Accurately maintain and reconcile financial records related to housekeeping operations, including inventory management and supply ordering.

Assist Cleaners in Performing Duties

Provide guidance and support to housekeeping staff to ensure they have the necessary resources and training to perform their duties effectively.

Coordinate Work Activities with Other Departments

Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure seamless communication and coordination of housekeeping activities.

Establish Work Schedules

Develop and implement efficient work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and coverage during peak periods.

Work Term and Hours

This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
