About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant Supervisor to join our team at The Ridge Hotel & Suites. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities

Lead and direct the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.

Inspect Sites and Facilities

Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and other facilities to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Maintain Financial Records

Accurately maintain and manage financial records related to housekeeping operations, including inventory and supplies.

Assist Cleaners in Performing Duties

Provide guidance and support to housekeeping staff as needed to ensure they have the necessary resources and training to perform their duties effectively.

Coordinate Work Activities with Other Departments

Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure seamless communication and coordination of housekeeping activities.

Establish Work Schedules

Develop and implement efficient work schedules for housekeeping staff to ensure adequate coverage and minimize downtime.

Work Term and Hours

This is a permanent position with a regular schedule of 35 hours per week.
