Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Alliance Maintenance Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that our facilities are clean and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Plan and purchase equipment and supplies, maintaining inventory levels and ensuring that all necessary materials are available.
- Inspect assigned areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and productivity within the housekeeping department.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our facilities meet the needs of our clients.
- 1-2 years of experience in a housekeeping or facilities management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
