Job Title: Chef de Partie

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at The Glencoe Golf & Country Club. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes for our members and guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute menus that meet and exceed member expectations
  • Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff to ensure exceptional service and quality
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recipes, procedures, and plating techniques
  • Ensure adherence to high sanitation standards and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Oversee receiving and storage of orders, and assist with monthly inventory and record keeping
Qualifications:
  • Red Seal certification or equivalent cooking diploma
  • Valid Food Safety course certificate recognized by Alberta Health Services
  • Excellent communication, writing, and public speaking skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and motivate others to deliver exceptional service
  • High standards of ethics, honesty, and integrity
