Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analysis Manager to join our team at T & T Supermarket. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the IT Business Analysis Team, working on multiple projects to meet business objectives for the development of business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Plan, develop, implement, and manage the provision of business relationship services, including eCommerce/digital channels where applicable.
  • Business Analysis: Conduct research on emerging technology, solutions, and vendors to address business needs, including eCommerce/digital channels.
  • Team Management: Supervise, develop, and mentor team members in business liaison skills, vendor engagements, requirement definition, recommendation/proposal development, and project management.
  • Communication: Provide mentorship, coaching, support, and develop growth of subordinates, serving as the connection between the Information Technology Department and business units it services.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and recommend changes to improve the reliability, stability, and usability of application systems.
  • Resource Allocation: Manage the discussions with business users to establish system development projects' priorities, requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines, then schedule appropriate IT business analysis and coordinate development resources.
  • Team Performance: Assist IT Senior Manager, Business Engagement in the management and direction setting for the IT Business Analysis Team, including setting priorities, budget development, coordinating resources, and reporting business analysis activities.
  • Recruitment: Hire, manage, and assist in the hiring/termination of IT Business Analysis Team to maintain optimal performance of job duties and develop subordinates to meet the service demands of the company.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the control of IT budgets and expenditures.
Requirements
  • Education: A Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or Commerce is preferred.
  • Experience: Possess 10 years or more with supervising experience in various information technology services support functions, including business analysis, business application system project management, business performance analysis, and/or business consulting role in information technology and process re-engineering.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, including communicating with all levels of management, exceptional presentation skills, budget/schedule/resource control, risk management, stakeholder management, requirements management, and scope management.
  • Certifications: Certification, such as Business Analysis, Project Management, or other designation relating to the application of IT in business operation/management, is an asset.
  • Language: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to communicate in Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is an asset.
