Cornerstone Christian Church of God Edmonton is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Accounts Payable Clerk to manage our accounts payable, ensure accurate financial records, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks, MS Windows, and accounting principles.
Responsibilities- Manage accounts payable, including invoicing clients and collecting payments from debtors
- Prepare bank reconciliations, review financial data, and perform clerical duties
- Organize and maintain inventory, prepare financial statements, and reports
- Process money, cheques, and credit/debit card payments, and receive and issue payments
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues
- 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field
- College diploma or certificate in accounting or a related field
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Windows, and accounting software
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
