Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at Ellerslie Chicken Foods Inc. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Inventory Management: Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Food Preparation: Package take-out food and prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
  • Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
  • Customer Service: Advise customers on menu selections and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Physical Demands: Lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and perform other physical tasks as required.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn new skills.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Schedule: 32 hours per week.
